Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us with in 48 hours if the item(s) is damaged or if you received the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

To start a return, you can contact us at leilaniskincare305@gmail.com. Please include pictures of packing slip and pictures of damaged items. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not accept any returns of items for any other reasons outside of them being damaged. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If refund is approved it will be issued in the form of store credit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All sales are finale. 
Unless the product was damaged in transit. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued store credit excluding shipping cost.

A refund will not be issues if package is stolen, lost or the wrong shipping information is entered at check out.
